1. Digital Products (Templates)

All products sold on TemplatePlus are digital access/downloads, including templates and related assets.

Due to the digital and access-based nature of our products, all sales are final once access has been granted, a duplication or transfer link has been delivered, or a file has been made available for download.

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not provided once:

• Access to the template has been granted

• The template has been downloaded/accessed

• The purchase has been completed

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise stated.

Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

If you cancel your membership:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period

• No partial or prorated refunds are provided

Upon membership expiration, access to member-only content and updates is removed.

3. Customization Services

Payments for customization or custom website projects are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus administrative or processing fees.

Client delays, change of mind, or scope changes do not qualify for refunds.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• You were charged more than once for the same product

• A purchased product is completely inaccessible due to a verified technical issue on our side and we are unable to resolve it

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

If a refund is approved:

• Your license to use the template is immediately revoked

• You must delete all copies and cease all use of the refunded product.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Lack of technical or design knowledge

• Incompatibility with third-party tools or platforms

• Failure to read product requirements

• Platform changes outside our control

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate account suspension

• Permanent loss of access to purchased templates

• Dispute of the chargeback with the payment provider

We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds for fraudulent chargebacks.
