Digital Products (Templates)
All products sold on TemplatePlus are digital downloads, including Framer templates and related assets.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all template sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are provided once:
A template has been downloaded
Access to the template has been granted
The purchase has been completed
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
Managed Website Plans (Subscription)
Managed Website plans are subscription-based services.
After Billing Starts
Once a billing cycle has started:
No refunds are provided for that billing period
You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges
Cancellation
If you cancel your managed plan:
Your website and Framer project will be handed over to you
Our management access will be removed
No further charges will be made
Custom Projects
Custom website projects are non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is canceled before work begins, payments may be refunded minus any processing or administrative fees.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
You were charged more than once for the same product or service
You are unable to access a purchased template or managed service due to a technical issue on our side and we are unable to resolve it
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Lack of design or technical knowledge
Incompatibility with third-party tools or services
Failure to read the product description or requirements

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
account suspension
loss of access to purchased templates
